ENTERING THE INDIAN MARKET

In 1994, Icaro set a milestone in its history as it entered the Indian market. India is one of the driving forces of Asian economy, and one of the most appealing countries for players in our industry, mainly because of its constant attention to the development of infrastructure. Facing skyrocketing demographic growth during the 1990’s, and the subsequent overpopulation of areas such as New Dehli, Bangalore and Mumbai, the country had to invest remarkable economic resources into the building of new urban settlements as well as into reinforcing pre-existing infrastructures.
